Aquaria Water Park is closed for maintenance every Tuesdays.

Children 6 years old and below are free of charge. Children aged 7-11 years old are considered for the kids' rate.
For senior citizens and PWD ID holders, entrance fees may be settled upon arrival so the applicable discount can be applied.

Special Note: Please pardon the dust and noise that you may experience during your stay as we continue our ongoing construction. We appreciate your patience as we continue building your seaside dreams.

Please also be advised that the Aquaria Water Park water slide is temporarily unavailable while we conduct the necessary maintenance. Our main adult and kiddie swimming pools, beach, and other resort amenities remain open and fully operational.

E-voucher must be presented at the time of reservation and check-in.
Unredeemed vouchers are non-refundable past the validity period.
E-voucher is non-refundable but transferable and can be given as a gift. If the voucher will be transferred, a valid ID of the voucher owner must be presented together with the voucher.

By providing Aquaria Water Park with your Personal Data, through the use of our services and/or programs throughout your continued membership to Aquaria Water Park, you hereby confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions stated within this Privacy Policy.

You will also explicitly consent and authorize Aquaria Water Park to process and use your Personal Data.

Aquaria Water Park may collect your Personal Data through the means including not limited to the following:

Printed registration forms at the Aquaria Water Park.

Personal Data Protection

Aquaria Water Park is committed to protecting the privacy of all submitted Personal Data by its members. This includes Personal Data transferred to 3rd parties performing services on behalf of Aquaria Water Park.

Any Personal Data provided to Aquaria Water Park as stated in the COLLECTION section of this policy will be processed only for the declared purpose for its collection.

Aquaria Water Park will process Personal Data according to the general principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality.

Any activity by the member on Aquaria Water Park’s website or social media platforms will not result in the member’s name being added to a mailing list, unless the member specifically requests Aquaria Water Park to do so.

Aquaria Water Park will not provide or sell any Member’s collected Personal Data to any unrelated or unauthorized 3rd party.

All such persons or service providers that Aquaria Water Park is affiliated with are required to protect the confidentiality and privacy of all Members’ Personal Data as stated in this Privacy Policy.

Aquaria Water Park maintains the following measures (including but not limited to) to ensure protection of our Members’ Personal Data against disclosure, loss, theft, unauthorized access, modification or usage:

These implemented measures may still be subject to human and operational error and are not completely foolproof. Aquaria Water Park has taken contingencies to prevent unauthorized access, improper processing, or usage of Members’ Personal Data through the above stated measures.

Withdrawal of Consent

Members can withdraw consent of Personal Data storage and usage from Aquaria Water Park at any time via a request through aquaria@millennial-resorts.com.

Depending on the nature of your withdrawal, Aquaria Water Park may not be in a position to continue to extend our benefits and services to you.

Sites, services and/or other platforms accessed through Aquaria Water Park’s website may have been independently developed by other 3rd parties.

Aquaria Water Park has no control over and does not maintain these sites and platforms. Henceforth, Aquaria Water Park will not be responsible the privacy and policies and practices of these 3rd parties.

This privacy policy only applies to Aquaria Water Park’s website. Members are advised to study these 3rd party privacy policies at their own discretion.

Data Availability

Personal Data submitted or published in the Aquaria Water Park website may be available worldwide via internet access and/or Cloud Storage services.

Aquaria Water Park does not have nor maintain control over the use and misuse of such information.

Aquaria Water Park website uses cookies i.e. identifier data, stored in the memory of the device you use when you visit and access our sites.

Cookies are used to recognize the devices you use in order to improve your user experience. These may also provide information to the owners of the site.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Present the copy of your electronic/printed voucher upon arrival together with your valid ID for identification and security purposes.

Walk-ins are not guaranteed to be accommodated. Purchase your vouchers prior to your arrival.

No cancellations or refunds upon booking confirmation. Please note that by proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept the booking Terms and Conditions of Landco Lifestyle Ventures, as stated in the booking confirmation letter.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, including the Senior Citizen discount.

In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee and NO REFUND will be given.

FORCE MAJEURE: In case of cancellation due to force majeure, for purposes of the rules, shall mean acts of God, calamities, actual disasters, and other reasons beyond the control and diligence of the reserving party, will therefore submit a letter of cancellation stating all the necessary information such as the reason and pertinent details of the guest/s.

The Resort Operator (Landco Lifestyle Ventures) shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill obligations under this booking agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen events that prevent safe operation of the resort ("Force Majeure Events"). In the event of such circumstances, the Resort Operator reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel bookings, in which case guests will be offered options for rebooking or a refund based on resort policies.

PET POLICY
We allow small/toy pets not exceeding 20lbs with a pet fee of Php 800 per pet per stay. Please be advised that your pet must be on a leash when outside the cabana and on a kennel/carrier. They are allowed to stay around the cabana and beach area. (not allowed in pool and restaurants).

CORKAGE FEE
Bringing of outside food is subject to a corkage fee of Php 200.00 per person. Cooking within the resort premises is strictly prohibited. However, grilling may be allowed subject to the availability of grillers, with a corresponding griller rental fee of Php 500.00. Guests may also enjoy dining at our in-house restaurants available within the resort.

We can waive the corkage fee for light snacks, chips, one (1) small to medium-sized cake, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that bringing of blue water gallons is strictly not allowed.

Corkage Fee for Alcoholic Drinks:
Beer in can: Php 50.00 per can
Hard liquor (imported): Php 1,000.00 per bottle
Hard liquor (local): Php 500.00 per bottle

Lechon Corkage Fee:
- Php 5000.00 per piece (subject to change without prior notice)

ATTIRE
Proper swimming attire is required when swimming inside the resort’s premises.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the resort premises, including the guest rooms/accommodations. Any violation of this policy, or damages caused by smoking, will result in cleaning and restoration charges billed to the guest’s account.
